Yes it is! This is the exact same Big Hat Store, but with a new look! We decided it was time to update
the site, though we kept the same easy functionality that made the old site so great. To jog your memory, our old store looked like this:

We consider your information to be private. We do not offer or sell this information to anyone.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For domestic orders - When your order ships out, you will be sent an email containing your shipping address, shipping date and a link to check on the shipping status of your order.
For international orders - When your order ships out, you will be sent an email containing your shipping address and the shipping date.

DO YOU ACCEPT
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we do accept international orders from
most countries. Even so, there are a few
countries where we do not accept credit cards (e.g.,
Indonesia, China, Nigeria) due to past problems with
fraudulent cards.
CAN
I MAIL IN OR CALL IN MY ORDER?
Yes. To mail in your order, shop just as you would if you were ordering online.
After selecting all the hats you'd like to purchase, select the CHECKOUT
button at the top of the screen which will take you to the CUSTOMER INFORMATION SCREEN.
Select the MAIL IN ORDER (Check/Money Order) option near the top of that screen and then complete the fields below.
Upon completing this form and selecting the CONTINUE button, a mail-in form will be

ARE YOUR HATS
BIGGER AROUND AND DEEPER THAN NORMAL HATS?
Absolutely! Our big hats are
bigger around, deeper (have a higher crown), and
contain more cloth than normally sized
hats. Our hats are made from a
custom pattern specifically designed for people with big
heads. Our hats won't ride
up on the top of your head like a beanie or other
hats. Our
big hats will fit you comfortably! Take a look

ARE
YOUR BASEBALL HATS ONE SIZE FITS ALL?
No! While
our hats are adjustable, they only fit people with
large sized heads (sized from 7 ½ to 8 ¼ for our regular large-sized hats and from 8 1/2 to 9 ¼ for our super sized hats).
They will not fit mere mortals (people with normal
sized heads).
WHAT'S THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STANDARD (STRUCTURED) AND AN
UNSTRUCTURED BASEBALL HAT?
A standard (structured) hat has
nylon support mesh on the inside front of the hat to
hold the shape of the hat (hold the cap up). Unstructured hats do not have the nylon support mesh
on the inside front of the hat, so they sort of flop
down a bit on your head. Both are good looking
and popular hats. Unstructured hats
might be considered by some to be a bit more stylish
than standard hats, whereas structured hats are
considered to be traditional baseball hats.

Yes, feel free to
order just one hat or several hats!
DO YOU OFFER
HATS WITH SPORTS TEAM LOGOS?
Yes we do! We have recently started carrying a variety of different NCAA football hats. Check the Sports - College category.
DO YOU OFFER
LOGOS?
Yes, we currently offer logos
on a number of our hats including golf, eagle,
nautical flags, USA, baseball, and marlin fish logos. Refer
to our online catalog for available hats with these logos. Should you find that we do not carry a specific logo,
you also do have the option of purchasing our hats and taking them to a local embroidery shop
in your area. They often have hundreds of logos to choose from and can letter your hats as well.
DO YOU OFFER
OTHER COLORS NOT LISTED ON THIS SITE?
Yes, we can custom build most any
baseball hat to your color, style and size specifications provided you
purchase at least 36 hats.
WHAT'S
YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the option of either swapping or returning a hat. For
swaps, please return the hat with a brief note describing the replacement hat you'd like
and we'll ship the requested hat back only charging you for the added price, if any, of the
requested hat (no extra shipping charge). For
returns, please return the hat with a brief note explaining your reason for return
and we'll refund the price of the hat. All hats must be in original condition. Hats purchased January - October, must
be returned within 30 days. Hats purchased in November or December may be returned before January 30th of the
next year. Hat return credits will be issued 7-14 days after receipt of return.
